I am a moother of 5 months old baby.I amm having lots of problem in my life.I want to relax myself so i am planning to do medittion.But i am not able to concentrate.My mind deviates when i try to meditate.Can you please tell me s how to start with.

In which country do you live?
I would advise you to start with yoga. If you want to meditate, yoga is a good preparation. But also yoga by itself gives you relaxation.
Meditation develops your intuition and love for yourself and others, so that you can handle problems in your life better. Also your baby will be more quiet if you meditate and become more balanced.
But I would say, start with yoga. It's much easier than meditation to begin with.
You need to find a good teacher. Not all are as good as they seem. I have good experiences with teachers of Ananda Marga.
