Answer
Dear Dora,

Thank you for writing to me.  I appreciate that you intend to resume the yoga discipline.  In this regard, I would like to go for the following:

(i) some alkaline food/ fruit - banana, etc. as per your continent availability may help you.
(ii) increase water intake by 1-2 glasses for some days, subject to the condition that you should not suffer from any diseases affecting kidney.
(iii) remove sleep disorder, if any and rectify the same.
(iv) Kunjal and sutra neti would be most effective.  However, it should be kept in mind that the same should be done under guidance of qualified yoga instructors.
(v) intake of warm water (sipping like tea) in the morning will also help you.

Though the above (i) to (iii) and (v) are preliminary suggestions which have been prescribed without knowing your case history, these can help you a lot in recovering.  Case history can help me in comprehensively prescription for the above.

Please feel free to write to me for further information on the subject, if any required.

With regards and best wishes for your health and yogic journey...

Gulshan
