Hi. I recently heard from a friend that certain repeating certain yoga poses daily can help to keep your body fit and also legthen the torso, making a person taller. Is this true. If so I would like to take up yoga. Thank you

Yes,your friend is right.There are of course certain yoga poses which help in keeping the body fit and making taller.Apart from the poses there are breathing exercises as well which help immensely in this regard but I would lime to add here that all these help only up to the age of 18 after that its almost impossible to get taller by any means.If you are not above 18,you can get in touch with me to get help for this by clicking on this link:http://www.liveperson.com/shashank-shekhar
