could you please suggest me how to reduce my belly fats. about 1 year i had a caesarean baby and there after my stomach has come out and somewhat hangs

Hi sheetal,Do kapalbhati pranayam for 20 minutes.Start it with 2 minutes and reach to 20 minutes in a month.Make sure that you do not have high blood pressure.
After this pranayam do yogmudrasana,sarvangasana,cycling of both the legs by laying on your back and ujjyayi with tribandh.In the end do shavasana for 5 minutes.It will help you immensely.

Eat or drink water in small quantities at a time.This doesn't mean that you do not eat or drink water inadequately.Do not over eat or over drink at a time.It will stretch your belly.
