doing excersies in the morning?THANK U

Answer
Hi Julie-ann,

I am pleased to receive your question regarding yoga and also to see your interest in yoga.  However, I am sorry that your question could not let me understand it: "i was watch tv and this guy was talking about yoga.About earth,fire...etc and then he had a look peoples tougues and said you need to do this.I was wondering if you could give me information on that."

Please write in detail as to what the guy in the tv show was doing.  I would then be better able to give you information on the same.

As regards the tips for doing exercises in the morning, I presume that you are perfectly alright having no spinal problem or other mobility problems or injuries, etc., you may start with warm-ups that should be for 15-20 minutes with stationery bicycling, jogging, and/ or stretching exercises.  All the exercises should be done upto the extent that the strain should not become overstrain, i.e. overstrain indicates that you are overburdened with fatigue or over-stretching or wrongly attempting the same.  If the climate there is cold, you may also use luke-warm oil light massage over your body or parts that are involved in the exercise.  Rest if you have any question, you may write to me so that I can answer that question specifically.

Please feel free to write to us for further clarifications / information, if any.

With regards,

Gulshan Kumar
