Hi,
I want to reduce 10 kg.My current weight is 65 and height is 5.6''.Please suggest me whether i should join Gym or yoga to lose weight and how much time will it take if i join Yoga.Please reply asp.

Dear Jyoti,

Thank you for writing to me and giving an opportunity to help you regarding clarifications on opting for gym or yoga.

I would suggest to go for both yoga and gym. You may take yoga on alternate days and gym on other days.  This would give you synergistic effect of isotonic and isometric exercises.

In case of shortage of time, you may go at least for yoga supported by proper warming exercises and relaxation techniques at the beginning and the end of the schedule respectively.
