Answer
Hello Sumit

I feel you must straight away consult your doctor and it is imperative to seek appointment with a neurologist to find out the cause of  weakness in your right hand fingers and thumbs. It may be simple case of overworking the muscles, carpal tunnel syndrome or due to Cervical Spondylosis.

Many things about your present health are not clear from  your question if this numbness is temporary in nature or it stays all the time.

However, you may get some relief by doing these :-

    i) For 2 weeks, you can start yoga for 30 to 40  minutes devoting approximately 10
minutes  each to alom vilom, rhythmic breathing, aum recitation and shavasana one by one.
ii) Do not overexert your hands and neck. Avoid sudden movement of neck.

Best approach is to consult your doctor. Here is a link I found which explains different possible medical causes

Wish you good health.
