Answer
Dear aurax,

Thank you for giving this opportunity to interact with you on yoga regarding your query.

Though meditation is an awareness or a method of raising consciousness towards who you are (as Soul) and how to connect to Supreme Soul, I would like to prescribe you, as regards your intention to go for visualization, to focus on circle of bright light at forehead in between eyebrows in any relaxed pose(kindly ensure that you should not overstrain during the practice and do very calmly).  In the long run, week by week, you need to reduce the size of circle of bright light to extent of pointed size, sparkling dot or twinkling star.

I understand the work-pressure as described by you. I would like to recommend in this regard to go for time management skills also.

Practice 3-minute silence of your thoughts (calm down your thoughts) for every two-three hours by setting your alarm throughout the day. This way you will be able to control your thoughts after a sincere practice of 3-4 weeks. Mind can either be filled with negative thoughts or positive thoughts a time. So, try to replace negative thoughts with positive ones and remain your mind filled with positive ones. So, make a list of thoughts that pleases you and that disturbs you. Then continue the above practice. I hope that this way no doubt the job pressure will remain same, but you would be different and better be able to handle your work. Autosuggestions will also work for your during meditation.

If the above appeals you, please feel free to write to me so as to enable myself guide further.

With regards and best wishes for your health, and career!

God Bless you!
