QUESTION: Namaste sir .Im 17 year boy.my height is 5"6' .plz tell me exercise to increase height .how many seconds or minute yoga position hold for increase height ?

You have 2 more years to increase your height. Take nutritious foods and do regular upward stretching exercises.
Yogic postures such as Makarasana for 10 minutes, Surya Namaskar 3 cycle, Sarpasana- 10 times, Dhanurasana- 5 times, Sarvangasana- 3 times, Ustrasana-3 times and Shirshasana(Sirsasana should be done under expert guidance)will help you immensely. Do all these empty stomach early in the morning. Besides, do Pranayams such as Anulome-vilome and Bhramri each for 10 minutes after the exercises followed by 2 minutes Savasana.

QUESTION: Swimming can increase height ?
It is good for maintaining flexibility and muscle development. Yes, it can also help in increasing height to some extent. However, the yogic exercises that I mentioned to you are best for increasing height. You can add swimming to them.
