Hello sir,
I'am 26 years old .I have blocked nose and chest congestion. I have difficulty in breathing I feel like i can't inhale a complete breathe. It become worse while working out and after workout . I feel like unable to catch the breathe.I feel the same after doing kapalbhati pranayam as well. I'am suffering with this problem from 3 years.Which pranayam should i do to cure my problem .Please guide me .Thanks

1. Pranayama is not recommended if you are having a blocked nose and chest congestion. Do not do any pranayama at all for time being.

2. You need to consult a doctor to find out the medical reason for your health condition.

3. On getting clearance from your doctor only learn yoga poses and pranayama from a yoga teacher.
