I guess the real question would be "Who didn't Jill sleep with?" LOL. Yes, they were involved for a short time. Their fling ended around the time Billy was conceived. John and Jill were back together for a very short time. John was concerned that the child may not be his. A paternity test proved he was the Daddy.
