AboutJeremy Expertise I am willing to look at almost any type of deck fix or ruling question. I would recommend coming to me if you are looking for a second opinion for deck changes or did not receive an answer for your question. I am now asking for your own benefit that you do not ask me about Lightsworn decks as I do not like how the theme is set up to burn through your own deck. I will also not answer questions based on cards that have not been officially released.
Please have your decks listed out into categories of Monsters, Spells, and Traps so I can visually see the design of the deck. Make sure to make a note in your question about whether or not you want difficult/expensive cards to be added to your deck. I will do my best not to put too many in unless I see the deck is already full of them and know the person is willing to spend for them. Also, please let me know if you want a deck to be in traditional format or else I will make my suggestions in advanced format. Thank you.
Experience I have been involved with the game for almost as long as it has been in America. I am something of a strategist and so keep up with rulings as much as I can. I enjoy trying any and every type of deck to see what strengths and weaknesses they hold.

Deck's idea:
20 turns for Final Countdown!
Miracle Flipper and Remove Brainwashing (When miracle flipper is destroyed, I can special summon it back to my side of the field)
Level limit and Dancing Fairy (Free 1000 life point every turn)
Spirit barrier and astral barrier (Perfect defence)
Necrovalley (No special summoning)
Japanese cards:
Intercept = Activate only when a monster is successfully Tribute Summoned with exactly 1 Tribute. Control of that monster is switched.
Dark Resonator= Once per turn, if this card would be destroyed by battle, it is not destroyed. (Damage calculation is applied normally).
This deck is legal in advanced format but it is designed for traditional format.
Thank you for your patience.
Answer The Deck looks pretty good overall. I like the basic set up and outside of the monsters, there isn't a whole lot to change. I think astral barrier is a little overkill. The strategy is good but unnecessary when your monsters are not being destroyed by battle. And you should ditch the japanese cards; there are english cards that do similar types of things like pulling the rug to replace intercept and gyroid to replace dark resonator. The biggest fix comes in with the monsters which I will do a major overhaul on but the spell and traps will remain mostly intact. Here is how I would have the deck look. I know my make of the deck does not put the deck at exactly 40 cards but I know that it will still flow very well.
