Experience I know the rulings.. and I only get them from the official source. Even then, some people will do anything to win(even if it goes against the rules), such as arguing who's right and wrong.

Question For the card: barrel behind the door, am i allowed to play destruction of destiny and make my opponent lose the life points? also for barrel behind the door, can i reverse the life points when I get attcked directly?
Answer Yes, you can use Barrel Behind the Door with Destruction of Destiny to switch the damage to your opponent.
Barrel Behind the Door may only be used on card effects that inflict damage, not from battle.
If you want something that can retrace the Battle Damage back to your opponent, you're thinking of Dimension Wall.
