About Jeremy
Expertise
I am willing to look at almost any type of deck fix or ruling question. I would recommend coming to me if you are looking for a second opinion for deck changes or did not receive an answer for your question. I am now asking for your own benefit that you do not ask me about Lightsworn decks as I do not like how the theme is set up to burn through your own deck. I will also not answer questions based on cards that have not been officially released. Please have your decks listed out into categories of Monsters, Spells, and Traps so I can visually see the design of the deck. Make sure to make a note in your question about whether or not you want difficult/expensive cards to be added to your deck. I will do my best not to put too many in unless I see the deck is already full of them and know the person is willing to spend for them. Also, please let me know if you want a deck to be in traditional format or else I will make my suggestions in advanced format. Thank you.

Experience
I have been involved with the game for almost as long as it has been in America. I am something of a strategist and so keep up with rulings as much as I can. I enjoy trying any and every type of deck to see what strengths and weaknesses they hold.

Answer
A one turn kill is usually the goal, not a first turn kill.  The balance of this deck is its biggest flaw.  There are too many spells and far too few monsters.  I see you have a desire to run down your deck and so want less monsters, but 5 monsters does not cut it. Balancing out the number of monsters this deck needs will take some experimentation.  I would look at stall monsters like marshmellon and spirit reaper.  Another card to think about might be obnoxious celtic guardian since he is a warrior and the equips you have would go well with him and make him hard to destroy by battle also.  I would not use dogma or at least not 2 because your not going to get it summoned very often since you must tribute 3 monsters to summon it.  The other thing is you really should create a side deck for this which could maybe include one dogma and your cards to return monsters removed from play because these cards only help when you are dueling a remove from play style deck. I know this is not a complete redoing of your deck but I think it will put you on the right track for improving it.  As i said to start, it will take some experimentation with the monsters since this deck does focus on the spells and you do not want to take away from getting them to the graveyard any more than necessary.
