Question
Hey, I want to fix this deck up for Regionals, lemme know what you think.

Main: (41)

Monsters: (20)
3 Sirroco
3 Bora
3 Shura
3 Kalut
2 Vayu
2 Blizzard
1 Gale
1 Dark Armed
1 Dark Grepher
1 Plaguespreader

Spells: (12)
3 Black Whirlwind
2 Allure of Darkness
2 Book of Moon
1 Brain Control
1 MST
1 Giant Trunade
1 Heavy Storm
1 My Body as a Shield

Traps: (9)
2 Royal Oppression
2 Icarus Attack
2 Bottomless Trap Hole
1 Trap Dustshoot
1 Torrential
1 Mirror Force

Side: (15)

2 dd crow
2 kycoo
2 royal decree
2 trap eater
2 compulsory
2 mind crush
1 call of the haunted
1 oppression
1 gorz

Strategy with sideing is if I fight Vayu Turbo, throw in the Crows and Kycoos COTH and gorz and take out oppression and other stuff.

LS:
Throw in Kycoo mind crush extra Oppression

GB:
Extra Oppression, Compulses

Mirror:
Drop Oppressions, throw in Mind Crushes, Kycoo, Compulses

Little City:
Decrees and Trap Eaters

Basically whenever I face a deck that needs Graveyard, I throw in Kycoos/Crows and whenever I fight a deck that runs oppression or doesnt S.S I take em out and run COTH and Gorz.

What should my extra deck look like? Are SOVR cards legal? Can i run Silverwind?

I have 2 Armed and 2 Armor Masters

Advice?
