Expertise
I'm back and ready to answer some questions. w00t I can help with ANY kind of deck if I can. I work with a lot of casual decks, so if you're asking me if your deck is tournament worthy, you're better off to ask a different expert to get a more accurate answer. I haven't been in a tournament since 2004. Now I'm buying cards and duel with friends for fun, hoping to invest a bit while I'm at it. Other than that, I can still rate and help out as best as I can. Please do not list cards in paragraph form. I also will help with any rulings or combo questions. Here's a list of things I could do.

• Deck Fix
• Deck Build (I can make decks from scratch. Must give theme/strategy and cards you had in mind that you want to use. More information = faster response and better deck build)
• Rulings and Combos
• Card Price (No common cards. More information = more accurate price)
• Private Help (Send me a private question if you feel more comfortable talking to me about anything Yu-Gi-Oh TCG related that way. I can help as long as needed)

Note: I will reject if there's no strategy/theme in the deck fix request, or failed to give detail/information for the deck build request.

Experience
3-4 years of playing yugioh but had a break of 2-3 years from it. Now I'm trying to catch up with the "new age" cards/decks. I literally look at thousand of cards online and thought up of many strategies, which resulted in a lot of fun decks to use. Currently working on Monarch, Zombie, Ninja, VWXYZ, Dark World, Sky Scourge, Ocean Dragon Lord, and Insect Decks. Currently perfecting my Sky Scourge/Dark World Hybrid Deck and VWXYZ Chimeratech Deck.

Education/Credentials
First year in university majoring Computer Engineering.

ANSWER: Hey John, sorry for the delay. Was looking up Future Visions's rulings and debated on some combos that you could do with it. This will be my first with this kind of deck so I was working on some things. Interesting job by the way, there's just only one thing I'm concerned about for this deck. Even though you have a lot of support cards, the Fortune Ladies are still too weak. They won't last that long either since you don't have many cards to protect them effects. At the moment, you might want to wait a bit longer for more support cards for Fortune Ladies. But, it seems like you're trying to get enough monsters to tribute for Beast King Barbaros, you might pull it off if you can stall a bit.

This is just some ideas you can work with.

1) Implementing Macro theme to the deck. Cards like "D.D. Survivor" (Tribute Trodder and beatstick), "Fortune's Future" (great draw power), "Macro Cosmos", etc. will be a nice additions with Fortune Ladies. Will help you bring out Beast King Barbaros out faster while crippling your opponent's strategy. You can mess around with the macro theme a bit.

2) "Magical Exemplar". Her effect says it all.

3) "Royal Decree". Only use 3 Royal Decree as your trap cards, this will give you a lot of room for spells. Can help out with idea #2.

4) Sacrificing trap cards for speed. Using idea #3, you can use spells right away instead of waiting for a turn. Use cards like "Magical Dimension", "Dimensionhole", and "Different Dimension Gate" to speed up FL Light's effect. Then use "Reasoning" for an easy summon probably.
Since you're doing this all in one turn, you can use "Fortune's Future" for draw power. Then use/reuse the FL for "Witch of Catoblepas and Fate" effect if you want. You can use "Different Dimension Gate" in many ways. Since you can get rid of your opponent's monster while getting FL Light's effect. Then either use MST or Heavy Storm to destroy DDG to re-use FL Light later on; or use "Fortune's Future", leaving only your opponent's monster staying removed from play. Use "Pot of Avarice" if you manage to have a lot of monsters in your graveyard, and then re-use the FL.

5) Semi-Dark Theme. To add in "Allure of Darkness" and remove FL Dark preferably, and then use "Fortune's Future".

6) Quick Summons. Add in some monsters that can special summon pretty fast like "The Tricky", "Cyber Dragon", "Spell Striker", etc. for tribute fodders. I'm not too worried about this though.

A sample scenario that might happen if you implement some of the idea of #4. You're Player 2 who goes second.

You drew "Different Dimension Gate", "Witch of Catoblepas and Fate", "Fortune Lady Light", "Future's Fortune", "Magical Dimension", and one random card.

Player 1: Normal summons a monster and special summon a random monster from hand.
Player 2: Normal Summons "Fortune Lady Light". Plays "Different Dimension Gate" and select your FL Light and one of your opponent's monster to remove. FL Light's effect activates and you choose another FL Light. Plays "Fortune's Future". (5 cards in hand now) Play "Magical Dimension" and don't destroy a monster, bring out FL Fire and special summon "Witch of Catoblepas and Fate" from hand. FL Fire will destroy your opponent's only monster. Witch will be able to prevent one special summon for now. Attack directly.

Playing this whole scenario out will leave you with only 3 cards in your hand still. Again, this is just a sample scenario that can happen to you. Who knows, your last 3 cards might be "Beast King Barbaros", "Spell Striker", and "Double Summon". All is enough to bring out Beast King Barbaros with 3 tributes in one turn.

Anyway, here's the minor deck fix.

-1 Enlightenment (Not worth the effect at the moment)
+1 Mirror Force/Solemn Judgment/Dark Bribe/Divine Wrath (Any one will do)

-1 Future Visions (Having 2 of this and 1 Terraforming should be enough. If you're having trouble getting Future Visions out though, add it back in)
+1 Heavy Storm (Staple, seems off but it's worth it)

Again, sorry for the delay. Hope this helps. If you have any questions or need any clarifications, let me know.

Answer
Hmm, that's unfortunate. In that case, your deck looks pretty good for now.

Another thought came up. You can try adding in Monarchs to this deck. Add in Kuraz, Raiza, Caius, and perhaps Zaborg because of their effect. When you tribute summon for them, target your FL Light.
