Question
i would like a card ruling on it since i cant find one on the konami site can i destroy stardust with it? and can they torrental if i destroy a monster with it? and is its tribute a cost effect or just an effect? and are you a judge?
Answer
Yes you can, but keep in mind the wording. You see Stardust says he can negate a card that DESTROYS, Magical Dimension does not say destroy, it just says remove. So you can Remove Stardust from play with Magical Dimension. Hope this helps. As for the judge thing, I used to work at a local card shop but I now am in the military.
