About Qash Expertise I can do deck fixes really well, I don't fix on budgets, so if you have a budget, I'm afraid I cannot help you. I cannot make decks from scratch. I am very adept on rulings though, so if you have a question regarding certain scenarios and what happens, I can certainly help you. I am an expert in the following archetypes; Crystal Beast, Six Samurai, Gadgets, Lightsworn, Gladiator Beast, Arcanite Cat, Fish Syncho, Demise OTK, and Blackwings. But don't get the wrong idea i will try my best to fix other decks too as long as they are tournament worthy.
Experience I have played YuGiOh for 7 years. I have become very advanced at the game, and at my local Hobby League I have ranked in the top 3% as best duelist. My YuGiOh logic is good in terms of rulings, for my cousin has been a judge and he helps me when I am doing anything wrong in terms of rulings. Also, I have an account on Pojo where I help people with their decks and tell them where to go in terms of strategy and I am very successful at doing that.

Education/Credentials I am in 8th grade with 60 student service hours. I am in the NJHS (National Juniors Honors Society) at school, I have several certificates, I am doing well in school, I have all A's in all of my classes except American History where I have a B. I am doing well in my education, and have been offered the Ben Carson Scholar Fund 3 times. The bottom line is that i am being very successful in terms of education.
Question hey Qash, i have 2 card rulings im confused about...here they are
Raiza: if i choose to bounce one of my opponent's magic/trap cards, can they activate it? if they can, does it go back to the top of their deck or get sent to the graveyard?
Bottomless: it says when monster(s) are summoned, i can activate it, what if my opponent uses double summon, and then summons 2 monsters right after another?
how about if they used marauding captain, and used it's ability to summon command knight?
and what if they're using a six samurai deck and they special summon grandmaster/great shogun shien?
in all of the scenarios for bottomless, if i activate it after they summon their last monster, do all the monsters with 1500 atk points BEFORE the last monster's summon also get removed from play?
Answer 1. the opponent can chain to raiza's effect if the card raiza is targeting is chainable. for example threatening roar. if the opponent targets you face down threatening roar with their raiza, you can chain roar, and it will be sent to the grave.
2. in the scenario of the six sams. you have to remove grandmaster OR shogun. you can't remove them both. the only time bottomless removes 2 monsters at the same time is if the opponent uses rescue cat and summons 2 airbellums. you can use bottomless and remove both airbellums from play.
