AboutAdrian Expertise I can answer most questions about card effects and there rulings. I play with a monarch deck, but i have a plant deck, necroface deck out burn, and Dark Gaia KO my style. . so those are my specialties. If you are going to ask for a deck made from scratch, or i make you a deck from scratch, it may take more then 24 hours to do so. If for any reason it does take me more then 24 hours to answer your question i am really sorry. Also, for deck fixes it would be helpful if you put it in list form and not paragraph form because it is hard to read. Only tournament competitive decks please. I do not fix decks that have banned cards, and they will be sent to the question pool. I use the current ban list which is currently September 2009 in the Yugioh TCG, not OCG.

Experience I have played yugioh practically my whole life. I go to tournaments about every other weekend and consistently reach top 4. I like building decks just to experiment and trade a lot. I have won tournaments before, and want to go to regionals when my plant deck is finished.
Question Okay, in defense of blue eyes, those decks ARE tournament worthy, but you have to play it exactly right. plus, red eyes decks can work now that there's darkness metal and wyvern.
anyway, my question is about a uria deck. I know, I know. "What the heck?" well, I actually think there's a way to run this eficiantly. (trust me, if I thought it would be bad, I wouldn't waste my time on it). first off, we need a lot of continuous traps in here. This will include monster/traps like metal reflect slime. of course, just traps and uria won't work. that's why for a twist, I'll also run Andro Sphinx and Sphinx Teleia. This deck sounds worse and worse by the minute, doesn't it? don't worry, I tried it out and it works pretty efficiently. Pyramid of light is a continuous trap, so while I'm waiting for Uria I can summon these guys. another element of this deck is Mor[hing Jar 2, which can dump a lot of traps to the grave. It also works with Wulf lightsworn beast. with morphing jar 2's ability, it will be sent to the graveyard, but will summon itself right back. I know it sounds a little wierd, but just take a look at the deck list.

Answer Well, first of all, the wulf idea may or may not work, i'm not sure. Probably will though so good thinking miles! the other problem with monsters. I see 6 out of 18 monster that can be normal summoned. That calls for dead draws. I strongly suggest you go away from the pyramid of light idea. its good but it wont work. I had a Uria deck (didn't work for me so i took it apart) and i used these kind of traps.
2x Metal Reflect Slime
1x Gravity Bind
1x Astral Barrier
1x Spirit Barrier
2x Solemn Wishes
1x Wall of Revealing Light
1x Embodiment of Apophis
2x Shadow Spell
1x Ordeal of the Traveler
You can chose what traps you use but those are good choices. I would replace the Sphinx's with 3x The Calculator (works with metal reflect Slime). I would slip in a marshamllon or spirit reaper in case we hit dead draw. Lower Wulf to 2 because he is a dead draw and is useless once he hits your hand.
Spells:
Monster Gate works like a reasoning for sending cards to the graveyard. Other then that spells seem solid =D
Traps: Pretty much already fixed those
Monsters: (Sort of again)
Take out Sphinxs. If you want to go for more damage at once, use Chaos Sorcerer, mirage dragon, pitch-black warwolf. Cyber dragon, spell striker for quick tribute if you want to add a caius or 2 maybe raiza. Thats all i think i can add now. I hope this helps you and keep up the creative thoughts!
