Hi Jeff
First and foremost you only have 5 Monarchs. That is a big no-no in monarch decks. Especially Macro monarch because the only power from that is monarchs =P. Lets see the fixes:!


Monsters:
-1 Spirit Reaper
+1 Marshmallon (if you don't have marshmallon keep spirit reaper in)
-1 Summoner Monk (12 spells will be reduced.....still is a bad card though....the loss of a spell is not worth it)
+ 1 Mobius
-1 D. D. Survivor (It becomes dead draw without Macro support)
+ 1 Thestalos
+1 Cyber Dragon
+1 Snipe Hunter
+1 Zaborg (Optional)

Spells:
-2 Enemy Controller
-2 Gravekeepers Servant (Random???)
+1 Book of Moon
+1 D. D. R. (Different Dimension Reincarnation)

Traps:
-1 Solemn Judgment
+1 Bottomless Trap Hole

How did you get 2 Dark Bribes and 2 Solemns??? unless you are playing OCG thats like 80-100$ USD right there....lucky one!

But this should fix up your deck a little bit and make it flow. I wish you best of luck with your duels and hope i helped!
