AboutAdrian Expertise I can answer most questions about card effects and there rulings. I play with a monarch deck, but i have a plant deck, necroface deck out burn, and Dark Gaia KO my style, so those are my specialties. If you are going to ask for a deck made from scratch, or i make you a deck from scratch, it may take more then 24 hours to do so. If for any reason it does take me more then 24 hours to answer your question i am really sorry. Also, for deck fixes it would be helpful if you put it in list form and not paragraph form because it is hard to read. Only tournament competitive decks please. I do not fix decks that have banned cards, and they will be sent to the question pool. I use the current ban list which is currently September 2009 in the Yugioh TCG, not OCG.

Experience I have played yugioh practically my whole life. I go to tournaments a lot. I like building decks just to experiment and trade a lot. I have won tournaments before, and want to go to regionals when my plant deck is finished (like 10 days for my last tytannial to come)
Question 1.do you have any ideas on a not too expensive deck that i could use?
2.do you know about how good frog decks are, and would they have a chance against lightsworns or mabye blackwings?
3.how can i get Goyo Guardian cheap?
4.what are all the lockdowns that can be in the advanced format?
5.would a lockdown w/ cosmic fortress gol'gar & swords of R.L. work?

Answer 1) I suggest a Plant- Deck. They are easy to use, good, and cheap.
2) Frogs are pretty good. They can be used really well, if you know how. I suggest you practice with something else before, because they are a slightly advanced deck.
3) Goyo Guardian how cheap? I got a Tin at Walmart for 10$. Probably cheapest you will ever get.
4) Lockdowns.....whew....theres lots......There is Reactor Lockdown, Horus Lockdown, Trap Lockdown, Supreme Anti- Monster Summon Lockdown, Spell Lockdown, and numerous Anti Attack lockdowns.
5) I guess it would work, however you can negate it to simply. If you stop an effect, returning cards to hand, A-Counters, or spells. I prefer double monsters locks.
