I've been thinking about this original deck theme for a while that I call: Cheap summoning. It is based on using cards like limit reverse, damage condenser, and mystic tomato to special summon monsters with low or no attack points with great effects, such as relinquished. However, I can't think of many cards to put in, so could you make the deck for me??? p.s. I'm keeping the question private so people don't copy the deck theme.

You didn't make it private. They have decks similar to this concept, so it is isn't entirely original. Relinquished is good for the OTK. Also a staple for this would be the yubel set, as Limit Reverse lets you instantly level up Yubel. I did what i can for this deck, but generally, it depends on what you can draw and how you can play it. Feel free to add on any suggestions and if i find something else, i'll try to tell you.
