Answer
I really wouldn't play graveyard-dependent SS if you're playing Dimension Sams. So here's how you could tweak the deck up:

Take out:
3 Shinai
3 Mizuho
1 Ra (What was this doing in here?)
1 Grandmaster
1 Kageki

1 D.D.R. (Sams really shouldn't use cards that are a -1)
2 Soul Absorption (Not much use except for LP gain, which can easily be overtaken if you don't have a good set-up)

2 Macro Cosmos (This card messes with Dojo and United. D-Fi is better)
2 Dimensional Prison (outclassed by Mirror Force in this deck)

Add:
1 Elder of Six Samurai
1 Hand of SS
1 Zanji
1 Shien's Squire (By summoning level 4 SS, you can bring this out and get out Shi En)

3 Asceticism of the SS
3 Dimensional Fissure
1 United
1 Dojo

1 Return From the Different Dimension
1 Solemn Warning (you want to have 2)
2 Mirror Force
1 Compulsory Evacuation Device

Even though I hate 42 card decks, this is the best way to go. I suggest adding a Leviair and Driven Daredevil to your Extra Deck.

PLEASE READ OR RISK HAVING YOUR QUESTIONS REJECTED I can answer any questions relating to deck building, side decking, and teching in cards, as long as it shows promise. I can also help guide a deck idea to a more competitive direction. Let's face it: if you're here asking for help on a deck, chances are you want to make it the best deck possible, hence competitive. I also answer any question relating to the Yu-Gi-Oh economy (ie good trades, pricings) and good investments. I am also pretty knowledgeable in rulings and scenarios, mostly from experience in tournaments and reading. Questions I can't answer are decks that are in paragraph format. Also, I am quite hesitant on answering any questions that don't show any potential or is just, in my opinion, a random stack of cards, whether it be useful or not. Don't expect me to turn any deck around to a tournament-winning deck because that's just improbable. I'm only here to help people win and improve themselves, so casualness is frowned upon by me. ALSO...please ask a more relevant question than something vague and tasteless like "Machine Deck help" or "Blue-Eyes deck." I answer only 3 questions a week, and half of them are usually rejected because they fail to meet my standard. If you're just seeking casualness, then ask for other experts. Otherwise, I expect a valid prompt.
