Yu-Gi-Oh/Deck Help on Heroic/warrior xyz

I was wondering if you could give me some help/advice on building a Deck list for a HEROIC/Warrior XYZ deck. I was hoping to center the deck around 'Heroic Champion - Excalibur' but  I have struggled to find a way to make this effective or economical!

I have researched myself and this is my preliminary list (not up to 40 in deck size yet) but not only is it expensive, I feel it may be also unnecessary in some places. I dont know if this would be a good combination of cards or should I steer in a different direction alongside an XYZ deck

I have around $70 dollars to spend on this deck. Any input or direction would be great and truly appreciated!

3 Goblindbergh
3 Heroic Challenger - Double Lance
2 Heroic Challenger - Extra Sword
2 Heroic Challenger - Spartan
2 Heroic Challenger - Swordshield

2 Assault Armor
1 Dark Hole
1 Double Summon
1 Heavy Storm
2 Heroic Chance
1 Monster Reborn
1 Mystical Space Typhoon

2 Call of the Haunted
2 Compulsory Evacuation Device
1 Copy Knight
2 Heroic Advance
2 Heroic Retribution Sword
1 Karma Cut

1 Grandsoil the Elemental Lord
2 Heroic Challenger - War Hammer
2 Marauding Captain
1 Mirror Force
2 Prohibition
1 Solemn Judgment
2 Solemn Warning
2 Thunder King Rai-Oh
2 Torrential Tribute

2 Blade Armor Ninja
1 Gagaga Cowboy
1 Gem-Knight Pearl
2 Heroic Champion - Excalibur
2 Heroic Champion - Gandiva
1 Heroic Champion - Kusanagi
1 Number 39: Utopia
1 Photon Papilloperative

Here, try this OTK version of Heroics. All you need for this is to summon a Warrior and get out Invoker to deal 8000 damage. Invoker can get out Double Sword and you can proceed to go into Blade Armor Ninja with a 3200 monster that can attack twice.

2 Goblindbergh
3 Heroic Challenger - Double Lance
3 Heroic Challenger - Extra Sword
2 Maxx "C"
3 Photon Thrasher
1 Sangan
2 Tour Guide From the Underworld
2 Wind-Up Rabbit
3 Wind-Up Rat

1 Dark Hole
1 Foolish Burial
1 Heavy Storm
3 Inferno Reckless Summon
1 Monster Reborn
3 Mystical Space Typhoon
1 Reinforcement of the Army

3 Call of the Haunted

1 Heroic Champion - Excalibur
2 M-X-Saber Invoker
1 Maestroke the Symphony Djinn

1 Number 32: Shark Drake
1 Number 50: Blackship of Corn
1 Photon Papilloperative
1 Temtempo the Percussion Djinn

Don't worry about the Extra Deck too much because the real essentials are Blade Armor, Excalibur, and Invoker.

Sorry for the late response, the allexperts system hasn't been updating me.

PLEASE READ OR RISK HAVING YOUR QUESTIONS REJECTED I can answer any questions relating to deck building, side decking, and teching in cards, as long as it shows promise. I can also help guide a deck idea to a more competitive direction. Let's face it: if you're here asking for help on a deck, chances are you want to make it the best deck possible, hence competitive. I also answer any question relating to the Yu-Gi-Oh economy (ie good trades, pricings) and good investments. I am also pretty knowledgeable in rulings and scenarios, mostly from experience in tournaments and reading. Questions I can't answer are decks that are in paragraph format. Also, I am quite hesitant on answering any questions that don't show any potential or is just, in my opinion, a random stack of cards, whether it be useful or not. Don't expect me to turn any deck around to a tournament-winning deck because that's just improbable. I'm only here to help people win and improve themselves, so casualness is frowned upon by me. ALSO...please ask a more relevant question than something vague and tasteless like "Machine Deck help" or "Blue-Eyes deck." I answer only 3 questions a week, and half of them are usually rejected because they fail to meet my standard. If you're just seeking casualness, then ask for other experts. Otherwise, I expect a valid prompt.
