Answer
Your Watt deck just seems to be playing 3 of every Watt monster you could find that has a mildly relevant effect... The presence of an Extra deck is somewhat odd too, since Watts never use one...
The whole aim of the Watt deck is to assemble 2 Watthopper on the field and sit behind S/T cards that can negate mass removal spells (the only things that can bypass the Watthoppers).
Having done that, you simply attack for game with Wattcobra and Wattgiraffe.

It's a lockdown deck that should be playing relatively few monsters compared to its Spell/Trap line. What monsters it does play should be going towards assembling and maintaining its lock.
I'd build Watts like this:

3 Wattcobra
3 Watthopper
3 Wattdragonfly
1 Wattgiraffe
2 Shining Angel
2 Cardcar D
2 Effect Veiler
(16)

3 Pot of Duality
2 Shard of Greed
1 Messenger of Peace
1 Book of Moon
1 Recycling Batteries
1 One for One
(9)

3 The Huge Revolution is Over
2 Dark Bribe
3 Imperial Iron Wall
2 Fiendish Chain
2 Mirror Force
1 Solemn Warning
1 Bottomless Trap Hole
1 Raigeki Break
(15)

There's no need for an Extra deck here.
As stated, this deck never uses one.

The Kuriboh Deck is unlikely to do well in the current game, but should probably look like this:

1 Winged Kuriboh LV10
1 Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning
1 Chaos Sorcerer
1 Gorz the Emissary of Darkness
2 Tragoedia
2 Caius the Shadow Monarch
3 Winged Kuriboh
1 Kuriboh
2 Tour Guide from the Underworld
1 Thunder King Rai-Oh
2 Effect Veiler
2 Maxx "C"
2 Spirit Reaper
(21)

3 The Flute of Summoning Kuriboh
3 Forbidden Lance
2 Pot of Duality
1 Dark Hole
1 Book of Moon
1 Transcendent Wings
(11)

2 Vanity's Emptiness
2 Mirror Force
1 Bottomless Trap Hole
1 Solemn Warning
1 Torrential Tribute
1 Compulsory Evacuation Device
(8)

Which should do better against the current meta.

Naturia doesn't really hold its own as a deck at the moment. If you want to play Naturia monsters you're better off just playing Karakuri.
Dragunity Ruler is one of the top decks of the meta, and numerous decklists can be found on any tournament coverage site.
You could also look at the top decks of YCS Toronto, in which a pure Dragunity build made top 8.

Expertise

I'm able to answer any and all questions related to the English Yu-Gi-Oh! game itself. This includes, but isn't limited to:

Deck Fixes: Either making suggestions and improvements on a deck you've already built, or building a deck from scratch for you. In either case, please give an idea of the kind of deck you're building, the level of play you're planning to use it in (small tournaments, regionals etc), and the kind of budget you're on.
Please format decks in a way that's easy to read. Each card name should be on its own line, with a number before it indicating how many you're playing. Please split decks into Monsters, Spells and Traps.

NOTE: A level of reasonability is assumed with this. I cannot build you a nationals winning deck based on monsters whose name starts with the Letter 'A' on a budget of 4($6)... Nor will I generally respond well to Questions touting "No Xyz, Synchro... etc" or disallowing cards from certain parts of the show. I haven't seen the show in a number of years and find these conditions to usually be poorly-defined.

Rulings: On any card interacting with any other card(s). Tell me the scenario, and I'll tell you what happens.

I won't be answering questions on whether a trade is fair or not, or on how much X-card is worth, as both these kinds of question can be answered by using Ebay's completed listings page.
