Question
ok so while me and my friends were playing someone used change of heart on P. Soldier, he flipped P. Soldier and he decided to return P. Soldier and another Monster on the opponents side.

Question: when someone takes over penguin Soldier and returns it to its hand Would it go back to the original Player's Hand or the player that controls it?

Answer
It will return to the original player's hand because they are the "owner" of the card(s). The player who "controls" the card just means that they have the card on their side of the field, while the player who is the "owner" of the card is the person who played the card down in the first place.
