Question
Does D Hero Plasma negate Constellar Pollux eff??

Pollux eff:
During the turn this card was Normal Summoned, you can Normal Summon 1 "Constellar" monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. (You can only gain this effect once per turn.)

Plasma eff:
Negate the effects of all face-up monsters your opponent controls

I was dueling a Constellar deck and i insisted that my Plasma negated Pollux but my opponent refused so in order to avoid further conflict, i conceeded his view. However i still do believe that Plasma negates Pollux. Thanks in advance!

Answer
Yep, you're right, the Destiny Hero Plasma should negate the Constellar Pollux's effect.

This is because Destiny Hero's effect is to negate/prevent all face-up monsters that your opponent controls from activating their effect. Because Constellar Pollux is a monster, Destiny Hero's effect will negate Constellar Pollux's effect of "During the turn this card was Normal Summoned, you can Normal Summon 1 "Constellar" monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. (You can only gain this effect once per turn.)"

Hope this clears things up :)
