Yes but only after when skull lair is activated(opened). Not afterwards when it is activated to destroy monsters.

QUESTION: another question...

say my terrorking  archfiend attacks a nimble momonoga(?) does nimble momonoga's effect still work? or is it ignored due to terrorking archfiend.

also with necrovalley, effects of cards like mother grizzly, sangan, nimble momonogoa, mystic tomato etc are negated?

Hello again.

Terrorking Archfiend activates its effect when it is targeted by another card (Monster effect, Spell or Trap). Nimble Momonga does not target Terrorking Archfiend or any other card on the field.

When Necrovalley is activated in the Field Zone, cards like Mother Grizzly, Sangan, Mystic Tomato can activate and resolve their effects, because they do not target the Graveyard. Necrovalley negates cards that target the GY.
