I'm great with Deck building however you'll have to ask someone else about rulings(as I'm not a judge) Also for the foreseeable future I will not be building decks from scratch as doing 4-5 a night was too much strain. Answer Since the Last Ban List Chimeratech is no longer a valid win condition. In order to use the dragon nowadays you run a standard Machine deck and if you happen to draw into the dragons pieces you play it.
