Answer -
I don't build decks for people because that's just stupid. Part of the fun of yu-gi-oh is deckbuilding, trying new things and see what works and what doesn't. A deck will never be handed to you in a silver platter.
I do, however have a few tips for you.
1. When building a deck, be sure to choose a theme; Aggro, wind, Horus, Exodia, etc.
2. The average ratios of monsters to spells to traps is about 19-21: 14-16: 4-6 (ratios are important)
3. Try to keep your deck at around a 40 deck count. The more cards you include, the less chance you will have of drawing the cards you need.
4. Look for ideas on forums, metagame.com, etc. This will help you a lot. I do it all the time for inspiration.
Good luck and I hope this helps!

AnswerGood start, but there's a lot of random cards in your deck. I don't normally help people with their casual decks, but they're only casual, but I suggest you learn something about card advantage. There's a lot of cards in your deck that are -1s or even worse like Negate Attack. You are giving up 1 card for nothing. (you don't destroy any of your opponent's cards, instead you only stall.) I suggest better replacements like Sakurestu Armour and such. Try to look for some ideas on forums.
