Hey, I have been trying to run a competitive Harpie deck but have been unable to make my deck "tournament worthy".  When Force of the Breaker came out, I saw my chance and this is what I have so far.  I wanted to maintain as close to the harpie theme as possible.

First off, the line harpie lady deck run well by abusing hysteric party to create a mass swarm. So you need to capitalize on that by putting into your deck as many cards that are treated as harpie lady into your GRAVEYARD. so i threw in six-3 harpie lady 1 and 3 harpie lady queen.and three hysteric pary. i chose lady #1 because if your gonna swarm you really want to push in your opponents some serious muscle

Now building off of the fact that harpie queen is in your deck we must not forget her second ability. So i threw in three harpie hunting ground.

Capitilizing on the fact that harpies are good at breaking down (harpies hunting ground) the field I threw in 3 icarus attack ( your harpies are renewable) and a heavy storm and mst.also two  pet baby dragon.Your backbone of the strategy is hysteric party so i put in 3 fake traps to protect it.
for increased firepower 3 slate warriors

to search out you harpies i put in 2 birdfaces and 3 fying kamikiris.
i threw in 3 card of safe return to help maximize draw power

I threw in some staple and kept your united we stand (excellent card for hapies)
raiza is cool too

I also put is 2 aqua chorus to help out with the swarm strategy. THe key to this deck is to swarm and reswarm. Using the harpies as fodder foricarus attaack.

At 40 cards i hope this deck runs fast so you can get your harpies out and into the graveyard.
