Answer
I don't see anything here that either hasn't been reprinted, or is actually good enough to run in a deck that it'd be worth more than its bulk value.

For every common, add 1 cent.

For every Normal Rare, add 8.33 cents.

For every Super Rare, add 33.33 cents.

For every Ultra Rare, add 66.66 cents.

Don't count any supers or ultras that came out of a starter deck.

That's how much you can reasonably expect from a bulk dealer for your cards, as I doubt anyone else will offer much.  Yes, this includes Raviel.

Expertise

ON VACATION indefinitely. I have not had the chance to be competitive as of lately as there are no Regionals in the area and my work schedule has kept me from traveling out of state. If I expect to be more than a couple of months I will try to see if I can appoint a new guru for the category. My apologies to those seeking to ask me questions, but I am nowhere near as much help as I would like to be right now.
