Question
I wanna know if you think my deck is a winner or not. Its a water deck and I beat my friends all the time with it.

Its seems like a good deck right now, but I think i need to put Catapult Turtle in it once i get it.

Alright i see the direction your heading in and its good however there neeeds to be some major correction before you consider takign this deck to the regional(tournament) level.

First off. A deck of 60 cards wont go over well in a tournament. SO my first suggestion is to narrow this down to 40-45 cards. THen check the limited/forbidden list at the official yu-gi-oh site and remove all the cards that are forbidden and narrow down all the limited.

Your deck is a winner. It just needs more focus. I highly recommend you try to abuse legendary ocean's potential.
For example. Throw in more terraforming.Combine it with gravity bind and submarineroid. Use neo-daedalus with it.

also. come up with a side deck. I highly reccomend you check the current metagame to get ideas on how to counter today's tournament popular decks.
