I think you could combine youre cyber dark horn with a monarch or some thing

Zaborg the thunder monarch x2

Cybder dark horn x3

Masked dragon x3

Twinheaded behemoth x1

cyber dragon x3

Sangan x1

Breaker the magical warrior x1

D.D warrior lady x1

Magicians of faith x1

Asura priest x2 (anti recruiter)

Thats already 18 monsters maybe pu a liltle jinzo would work great but you choose the rest ^^

fusions?? nah letthem drop you'll have a - 5 cards for five headed ( 5 dragons   1 mirror = 6 for 1 five headed= -5)

then put the normal things like

Book of moon x1

Heavy storm x1

gracefull charity x1

Pot of averice x1

Enemy controller x3

mst x1

ring of destruction x1

royal decree x 3

creature swap x2

last will x1 (to get youre masked dragon quicker on the field ^^)

brain control x1

and that is allready 16 spell and trap cards

the rest is up to you ^^

Now you see that youre deck is cyber dark and monarch, its a original but still compitive deck

with the 3 royal decree's you will be able stop any traps that wanna kill you're cybder dark horn en with creature swap you can give you're asura to youre oppenent hehehe ^^

but drop nobleman because horn is e trample monster zo he will take care of those face down monsters ^^

Expertise

ON VACATION indefinitely. I have not had the chance to be competitive as of lately as there are no Regionals in the area and my work schedule has kept me from traveling out of state. If I expect to be more than a couple of months I will try to see if I can appoint a new guru for the category. My apologies to those seeking to ask me questions, but I am nowhere near as much help as I would like to be right now.
