alright. bad news. I will give you a rating on how this would do from 1(cant be xpected to wwin on a locaal level.) to 10 ( deck is dominant at a regional level), 5 is deck runs well at local tournaments.
Right off of the first factor-size. This deck is is now a 1. Like. I really dont like to rate. ANd i know upon reading this you are goign to disagree. Its up for future debate. However, my job is not so much to rate as it is help. notice my rating scale is based on performance-cards dont suck, its how well they work together. your deck has infinitely good strategies. You just need to focus on one. I HIGHLY reccoment cutting this deck to 40 cards. straight up. I have never been to a regional were the top 50 players had a deck above 45 cards. I ask you keep it tight to 40. Also. You cannot meld all the structures together hoping tha tyou get one superstructure. You need to focus around the strategies of one. and build around the strategies of one. Yugioh a thte tournament level is all about the focus one puts into one solid strategy while adapting to the opponents strategy. I really want ot help you. But i cant fix this dekclist if i dont know wha tyou want. My biggest suggestion is to capitilize on one of the structure deck's strategies. YOu need ot play on the law of proability and try to mazimize your chance of actually pulling a combo. THis dekc would get torn up by a monarch deck- which are veyr popular today. Look man. Please understand im not trying to critisize. ID BE MORE THAN HAPPY to hellp you even through my email savvysioux@hotmail.com with a deck.Just get an idea of what you want. No somuch cards. LIke doyou like to destroy cards? Boucne them back? Gain lp? Melding all the structures together is a recipe for disaster. THe aces from all the structures deck are aces cuz they work well from within each strcuture deck's own strategy. I want to help you. I really do. PLEASE. This deck could be a 5 or even a 7. But at it;s current state one cannot expect much from it. However i do see much potential but that is up to you. you have alot of cool combos. BUt that means nothing if the chance of you pulling it off is the same as all the planets in the universe aligning. get an idea of what you want. THen ask me again.
