Okay edwin the first thing i did was to increase searchability. I loaded 3 giant rats. Reason being that they help you search for the jujitsu master, injection fairy lily, and the mole. Searchibility also adds speed ot your deck.I added the two mother girzzly to search out the penguin soldiers. ALso to search out the treeborn frog giving you an edge to summon raiza the strom monarch a really good bounce card. i added three hydrogeddon for more speed to you deck. THey give you muscle while cutting your deck up so you can get to the cads you want faster. They also work very well with united we stand. and give you tribute power for raiza. I added the cyber dragon for more tribute power. JInzo was added cuz you need a simple trap lineup that doesnt use royal decree - screws over treeborn frog. i took out many trap and spell cards because they limited your card advantage over your opponent which is the key goal of a bounce deck. i replaced them for more tribute power and field controll. I hihgly reccomend using creature swap, giving your opponent one of your many searchers. Tribute the monster they gave you. THen kill the searcher that was yours. GIVING you the ability to search. (searcher goes to your graveyard.) I put in mirror force and torrential tribute because they are awesome staples. I put in call of huanted because it has no life point cost and can be used to summon jinzo. DOnt be afraid to tribute for the cyber dragons if you want to use creature swap combo. you have 7 monsters that can be potetially tributed for. i took away cards because they were hingering the full capacity of your game speed.
Bounce decks need to focus on giving your opponent a slowed game while at the same time making sure you retain card advantage. Thats why cards like compulsory evacutation isnt a good idea. Lava golem isnt a good idea but i saw what you were getting at. Its much better not to et your opponent get two monsters in the first place. I really hope you like this decklist and try it out. Oh i added the shrink to help out the hydrogeddons or give a bigger bang to the injection fairy lily. QUESTION: hey savvy , i am one of the people whom you helped in ask yugioh experts , and i wanted to thank u for such a good effort on helping me with my deck , although i have alot of problems with keeping it.
well firstly , its the cash problem , im still a poor schooling teen and i prolly wouldnt be doing alot of card play much (actually started a bounce cause it looks potentially powerful and it isnt that taxing to my wallet :P)
also , i realised that the decklist had monarchs , but no guardian sphinx ? i mean why?possibly monarch could kill my opponent draws , but sphinx gave me more in the long run.

Oh , if u can , can u make the monsters stick to at MOST 18 cards , running too much monsters can kill cause ive got removal/destruction meta :(
could u give ordeal and threating roar a second chance , they saved me a couple before , so did Evac device , which shredded tributes like no tommorow

I UNDERSTAND cash perfectly. We all have lives and yu-gi-oh isnt the first thing one should spend money on. So as i revamp your deck i will keep that in mind.
First off the monarch I gave you are bouncer cards, 1 tribute, 2400 atk beatstick cards. They play off Treeborn frog. THey play of the searcher/creature swap trick i showed you, and on top of that using single tribute power in your deck helps add speed. Raiza outs the card on the top of their deck. thats the most effective form of bounce. WHere the bounce is actually costing them more time. I removed the guardian crioshpinx due it imminent threat from nobleman of crossout. I havee expereimented with the guardian before. In comparison with raiza. The bounce created by the guardian sphinx might actually hurt you because its gives your opponent hand edge. Raiza elimnates that edge. I will talk to you more of this over say msn messenger one day.
I have to say that mother grizzly thing with the penguin soldier. Im sorry. I was doing multiple decklists. I dunno. I f'd up. THat was retarded. BUT on the up side. I would suggest removing all those cards from your deck effectively narrowing your monsters to 20 (ill get to 18 soon)
alright so your meta has removal. THen i assume and hopefully im correct (disregard paragraph if im wrong) the majority of monster removal you meta plays is defensive- in other words traps- like hyou said trap hole, sakeretsu armor. THen i would hihgly suggest remvoing the three traps I suggested to you (saving you money-dont have to buy mirror force) and replace them with three royal decree.
Okay we will knock out the injection. You know have 18 monsters
As far as the cyber dragons from hell go. I would buy the tins off of ebay rather than straight buy the cards. TIns are lik 20$ and guarantee you a cyber dragon and a possiblily of getting on in a pack inside of the tin.
YOu should do what i do for the treeborn frog. Just borrow it from somebody. If that fails.Sigh. Order it off the internet.
DONT RUN ORDEAL OR THREATNING ROAR. They are traps. with the potential of being a dead draw if pulled while royal decree is on the field. Also i experimented with those cards and they dont fit that well for this kind of deck. Trust me. EVAC isnt that great either. They dont test that well against todays top tier decks.
