I can do deck fixes, decks from scratch, and some card rulings. Specific decks to ask about for me are Psychic, E Hero, Water, Wind, Zombie, Beast, Exodia, Vehicroid, Blue Eyes, Red Eyes, and Dark Magician. I am sick of plain lightsworn decks, so don't ask me about them if that's all the deck is. I encourage creative, original decks. I will respond to your question ASAP. If I don't I'm extremely busy. If you want to know where to get a card or a card's rarity, I can answer those too. I only accept 3 questions a day, so check to see if i've answered a similar question before asking.
Experience
I've been into yugioh for about 5 years. I am familiar with most cards, deck architypes, rulings, terms... pretty much everything.
