Subject: training mice to run maze

Question
My daughter is doing a Science fair project on how long it takes to train a Hamster to run a maze , so she needs to have something to compare it to. Do you know how long it takes to train a mouse to learn to run a maze ??
Thanks in advance

Answer
It is difficult to assign a time to a mouse learning a maze.  There are too many variables and it depend supon the stimulus.  Many mice will not even run a maze.  Some mice will run a maze after three tries.  If her hypothesis involves comparing maze learning between hamsters and mice she must use both hamsters and mice.
