Subject: Endangerment of Polar Bears

Question
I am writing a research paper which needs to argue a side. I am researching polar bear endangerment but I'm not really sure how to argue a side since i cant focus on global warming. This is because i need to write this paper based on my major, my major of course is zoology. I need to figure out a thesis statement and focus.

Answer
The first thing you must do is to take a stand on Global warming.  The controversy about it centers around the cause.  No one in their right mind can deay that is occurring. Be sure that you have found out all you need to know about the relationships between polar bears and pack ice. Concentrate on the problems encountered by the bears in the absence of ice.  You should also speak the place of these animals in the ecosystem.  What happens to the ecosystem if these bears disappear. If they disappear than so what? Is the aesthetic value of polar bears enough to assure their importance.
I do not know if I have helped you or not.
To my mind there is no other side.  The loss of polar bears would be a disaster.
