Question I am interested if there is known how many animals live on earth right now. It would be nice to have the total numbers of all animals (birds, fishes, insect etc.) Of course only estimates or guess.

Answer Dear Radovan - I could not even begin to guess at the number, as some individual species of insects (especially ants and termites) number in countless billions. Look up the number terms 'google' and 'googleplex' to get some idea.
