Question
So, My ipod nano I JUST BOUGHT froze while it was off. I plugged it in to my computer and it didn't do anything and it usually says "do not disconnect" but this time, I unplugged it to figure it out, and It would turn back ON!!! Help me please???

Answer
Hello Christen

To unfreeze an iPod you need to hold down the centre button then simultaneously press directely above on the outer wheel. If that doesn't do the trick then I'd advise you to take the device to either the shop you purchased it or your nearest Apple Store.

Expertise

I can answer most questions related to the iPod, such as the function of the device, how to solve any electrical problems and how to work the iTunes library and store.

Experience

I first purchased a iPod Video way back in Christmas 2005. I was probably the first person I know to get the video edition as people were just getting used to the nano. I set it up myself and the library, too. So, to cut a long story short, I have been familiar with uploading, managing, buying etc for quite some time.
